Poker Trainer is a free tool for learning Texas Hold'em. By using it you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.

It's for learning

The trainer uses play money only. There is no gambling here, no real-money games and nothing to buy. The ranges and advice are simplified study material, not a guarantee of results, and you play real games at your own risk. Only gamble where it is legal for you, and if gambling stops being fun, take a break and look for support near you.

Use it fairly

Use the site as it's meant to be used. Don't try to break it, overload it, get at other people's data, or send fake progress to the server.

Accounts

Signing in is optional and goes through Discord, so Discord's own terms apply to your Discord account. You can delete your saved progress at any time from the account menu. If an account is clearly abusing the site, its saved progress may be removed.

No guarantees

The trainer is provided as it is, for free, with no warranty. It might have bugs, be down for a while, or lose saved progress, and features may change or the site may close. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for losses that come from using it. Nothing here takes away rights you have under the law where you live.
